ReVisions was created for an atrium wall spanning two floors in a building designed by Paul Rudolph. The tapestry’s shape reflects the building’s muscular cantilevers. The opening within the tapestry reveals the wall and embraces it through annexation. The width of the strips corresponds to the rhythmic concrete flutes while the cord punctuations and shifting horizontal bands counter them.
